If you want to buy the Labubu Exciting Macaron Sesame Bean, you can get a blind box and you have a 1:6 chance of getting her.

But with a blind box you don’t know which one of the characters you may get so you may end up with Toffee, Green Grape, Lychee Berry, etc.

Or…

There is a 1 in 72 chance that you’ll get lucky and end up with the Secret Character, Chestnut Cocoa!

If you don’t want to take chances on getting someone you don’t want or you have duplicates already from previous blind box openings, then the best way to get Sesame Bean is to purchase the entire Labubu Exciting Macaron Set that comes in an unopened box with all 6 dolls.

Unlike the the special release Labubu’s, Sesame Bean is relatively “affordable” (around $25 – $65 USD range) but it’s still always sold out on Pop Mart’s website and at Pop Mart stores. Retail is usually around $28 but it’s always sold out.

You have 3 ways to purchase Sesame Bean

Option 1: Buy a Single Blind Box of Labubu Exciting Macaron V1

You’ll be getting a blind box and can get any of the 7 variations of Labubu Exciting Macaron V1

Note that you are NOT GUARANTEED to get Sesame Bean since you could end up buying any of the other dolls such as Toffee, Green Grape, Lychee Berry, etc.

Option 2: Buy an Open Box that has Sesame Bean

You can also purchase an opened blind that has an authentic Labubu Sesame Bean inside.

Amazon doesn’t sell these unfortunately because they only sell unopened blind boxes.

When you purchase on Ebay, make sure you’re buying from a seller that has a lot of ratings so this prevents you from being scammed.

Option 3: Buy the Whole Set of Labubu Exciting Macaron V1

When you buy the a box of the entire Labubu Exciting Macaron V1 set, you get 6 dolls and you’re guaranteed to get Labubu Sesame Bean plus you also have a chance to get the Secret Character, Chestnut Cocoa!

FYI – You also get 6 dolls in a set. Pop Mart usually replaces the Lychee Berry with the Secret Character so you will still get Sesame Bean. If you’re lucky to get Chestnut Cocoa, the only one that you won’t get will be Lychee Berry.

More About Labubu Sesame Bean

In my opinion, Labubu Sesame Bean looks kind of like Sea Salt Coconut in color. The shade of the color is pretty similiar.

I got my Sesame Bean when I purchased an entire set of all 6 dolls and when I first opened the blind box, I wasn’t sure which one I had until I doubled checked the names and colors grid on the Labubu Macaron Series Guide

It took me awhile to be able to recognize the color differences between Sesame Bean and Sea Salt Coconut.
